Mercianotes respects the privacy of the user and no data will shared with a third party.
In order to enable Mercianotes to supply registrations keys to the legitimate user over a prolonged period, the following minimum data will be retained by the Publisher; User's name, Registration key, email address, post code plus any additional data openly supplied by the user.
Users may exercise their right to withhold any of the above data, but under such circumstances they forfeit their right to receive further registration keys.
Mercianotes does not publish genealogical details of people born less than one hundred years ago in order to protect the privacy of those living today.
